做愛後妹妹奇癢　人妻驚對精液過敏

你癢了嗎？是不少男女間想做愛的小暗號，但也有人「止癢」不成，做愛後反倒發癢！門診就有一名32歲的年輕人妻，剛結婚沒多久，每一次跟先生做愛之後，不消幾分鐘，總覺得陰道奇癢無比，外陰部更是紅咚咚一片，叫人抓也不是，不抓也不是，癢上一天才會消退，但如果戴保險套就沒事，驚覺竟對先生精液過敏。


嚇到都不敢做愛了！開業婦產科醫師蔡鋒博表示，女子原先還以為是自己貪吃海鮮惹禍，但一次是偶然，兩次還可以說是巧合，偏偏每次跟先生做愛後，最短5分鐘、最久半小時，症狀一定發作。
陰道分泌物超多，紅、腫奇癢無比，有時還全身起疹，叫她也起疑心，先找上醫學中心就診，一一排除過敏原，到最後，連醫師也認為應是先生精液的某些蛋白質所引起的陰道過敏，一驗果真確診，為了求子，只好轉診婦產科做人工授精。

蔡鋒博指出，男人也會對自己的精液過敏，國外就有案例，一射完精，人馬上「昏睡」過去、鼻塞如感冒。
對精液過敏，國內性學名醫、高雄醫學大學醫學系婦產學科教授鄭丞傑強調，類似案例，國內外都十分少見，屬於特殊體質，典型症狀就是又紅、又腫，有人做愛後發現眼睛腫了起來，有人全身起反應冒出一塊一塊像蕁麻疹，共通點都會奇癢無比。
不只精液本身會引發過敏，臨床上也曾有過，先生長期服用藥物治療，結果竟透過精液「輸送」給太太，引起一連串藥物過敏反應，但一開始就連醫師都沒想到禍首竟是先生的命根子。鄭丞傑說，同理可證，如果知道另一半對海鮮、花生、芒果等食物過敏，男方最好貼心點，免得精液吃什麼像什麼，即使微量也可能引發過敏不適，不忌口變成得禁慾。
既然對精液過敏，只要不碰觸到精液就沒事，戴上保險套，照樣能享受性愛過程，但如果想求子，蔡鋒博強調，唯一之道只能靠人工授精，把精液「洗乾淨」，再以人工授精細管避開陰道、子宮頸，直接送進子宮，以這名年輕人妻為例，前後連做了二次才順利懷孕成功產下一子。
